The Palace VR The Forbidden City: The Palace of Emperors Volume 1

The golden age of China’s Qing Dynasty was during the reigns of the Kangxi Emperor, the Yongzheng Emperor, and the Qianlong Emperor. The gleaming buildings of the Forbidden City graced the capital city of Beijing, and the populace looked up at those imposing walls in awe of the emperor’s sovereignty.
The Printing Museum, Tokyo is proud to present The Palace VR The Forbidden City: The Palace of Emperors Volume I, which faithfully reproduces the Forbidden City as it once was in days gone by. Historians and other experts in their fields have helped to make both the reproduction of the center of the imperial government?the Hall of Supreme Harmony?and the overall view of the entire Forbidden City as accurate and realistic as possible. In particular, the Hall of Supreme Harmony features breathtaking detail in its ornamentation and in the way the changing light plays upon its surfaces.
Experience the ancient art and architecture of China as you join us on a leisurely stroll through the Forbidden City.
