Modern Japan Package 2025
Oct. 4, 2025 (Sat)–Dec. 7, 2025 (Sun)
10:00–18:00
Award-winning works from three major packaging contests
Packaging is a prime example of everyday printed materials. Its evolutions in functionality and design continue every day in response to changes in society and people’s lifestyles. In recent years, packaging has been contributing to resolving environmental and social issues, incorporating the viewpoint of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
At the 11th showing of this exhibition, we bring together the award-winning works from three packaging competitions held in Japan, providing a glimpse into on-site ingenuity as well as the latest trends. Come enjoy viewing a wide variety of works, from the packaging of the foods and household items we use every day to transportation packaging that we rarely have the opportunity to see.
With beauty, surprising mechanisms, and environmentally friendly designs, this exhibition is overflowing with the many charms and possibilities of packaging. Please come to the museum to enjoy a new world of printing and packaging, and experience their fun and depth.
