Advance reservations will continue to be available for the Printing Workshop, Tour of KOISHIKAWA XROSS Digital Museum and Summer Vacation Workshops.
Prior reservations can be made at the bottom of this page.
*Please note that changes may be made according to the situation. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
Prior reservations
- All visitors to the following exhibitions and workshops are required to make a prior reservation online (designated date and time ticket).

Reservations can be made only from the respective reservation forms. Reservations over the telephone et cetera cannot be accepted.

Tour of KOISHIKAWA XROSS Digital Museum
The days of Tour of KOISHIKAWA XROSS:
Sat, Sun, public holidays following the weekend
13:30~ / 15:00~ / 16:30~
Time required: about 50 minutes (one tour per ticket)
Capacity: 18 persons per tour
KOISHIKAWA XROSS tour fee:
Adults (High school students and older) : 500 yen
Junior high school students and younger / ages 70 and over: free
Those with a disability certificate and their companion (one per certificate holder) can enter the Museum free of charge.
Guide to museum admittance
- Museum opening hours: 10:00 to 18:00
- The Printing House tours take place on every Tuesday and Wednesday, while the printing experiences are held on from Thursday to Sunday and public holidays.
- Use of the Library requires a separate prior reservation.
■Important note regarding use of the library
- Library use will be restricted to three-hour sessions, and numbers limited to two people per session.

■Using the library
Contact the Museum by e-mail or telephone three days before you wish to use the library, and provide the following information.
Please be aware that depending on the situation of library use we may not be able to meet your wishes.
- Your name
- Contact details (e-mail address/telephone number)
- The date and time you wish you to use the library
- The number of people intending to use the library
- The material that you wish to look at
Regarding the treatment of personal information

When applying for online tickets visitors will be requested to register personal information including e-mail addresses, the treatment of which will be as follows.

- Please note that in the event that visitors who have purchased online tickets forget to bring the tickets, or when their QR codes cannot be scanned due to battery loss, verification of identity may be made through the online tickets service, but the Printing Museum, Tokyo will not ordinarily receive such information from the operators.
- With regard to the treatment of any other information registered with the operators please check the operator’s terms of service.

Important notes regarding reservations
- Please note:
- A staff member will guide the tour, and visitors are asked to follow the guide.
- Those who have already booked are requested to wait in front of the KOISHIKAWA XROSS Digital Museum reception 10 minutes before the starting time.
- Please follow the directions of staff members while in the museum. If you do not follow the instructions, you may be asked to leave the tour.
- Please do not eat, drink, smoke, record, or take photographs.
- It is not permitted to leave and re-enter the museum after admission. There are no refunds after admission.
- The tour includes dark areas, loud sounds, and large-screen viewing.
- Persons with any of the following conditions may not participate in the tour.
Persons with weak heart, heart disease, blood pressure abnormalities, dizziness, poor health condition, under the influence of alcohol, or other serious symptoms may not participate in the tour. - Small children must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian.
- The KOISHIKAWA XROSS Digital Museum tour will be conducted in Japanese.

The tour time may be changed or the tour cancelled due to various reasons such as natural disaster, infectious disease outbreak or other unavoidable circumstances.
